Can i put a stronger transmission on my H22 Prelude?

Ok i'm building a H22 but i want to find out if theres a stronger transmission i can put from honda, i got the original 5Speed stock transmission, But i was wondering if the Honda Accord V6 5speed transmission is compatible or the Cr-V manual ?
