So i have two bottles of pills that say"dietary supplement" but im not sure if they help you loose weight,?

The key for losing weight is simple - consume less food and exercise more often - the problems surface when we really try to put that into operation! There are lots of stumbling blocks in the big wide world don't you think?! The one thing which really worked for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and CNN. I melted away 30 pounds, it really does work!
