"Distilled Madness" ideas?

Hey guys, I'm an artist and my friend asked me to create something for his band's cover art. The band called Distilled Madness. Any thoughts? I have a few but I'm not sure if I'm liking them so that's why I'm asking you. Thank you for your thoughts!
