Pageant help?????????

Ok I have already asked a question about what for her to were but I am asking again now that I have the paper on it and the theme is "Rockin on the River" my little girl will 17 months at the time of the pageant and she is in 12 and some 18 month clothes and the form says for them to were sports were attire NO PAGEANT DRESSES !! Summer or Spring- time were, country were, or festival themed attire the pageant is going to be on a river front in Louisiana and the picture that is on the front of the form is kinda Cajun looking it has a frog playing a banjo ,alligator playing a wash board and a pelican playing a saxophone floating on a board in a river any help would be great thanks I have 21 days untill the pageant THANKS!!!
