Is Israel an apartheid style society?

Every Israeli citizen has the right to vote regardless of race or religion, and because of the proportional representation system, there are Arabs, Jews and other ethnic groups in parliament, government and the official bureaucracy. this is a matter of record, not opinion. Only someone blinded by prejudice could describe this as apartheid
