No. The H1N1 flu has spread throughout the world. There are fewer cases in Mexico than in many places. You can be exposed to it on the plane on the way yo Mexico, or in a shop at the airport. Mexico took excellent steps to control the outbreak months ago. There are cases in Mexico, but far fewer in other locations at this time. There has been no problem of H1N1 flu cases in the tourist areas.
