I've been trying Atkins again for about a week now with great results, but I don't think I'm getting it right. Aside from 2 salads, a bowl of onion soup, and what amounts to about 1 full carby meal, all I've eaten/drank all week has been meats/cheese/and diet coke. Could this be why my teeth are suddenly sore? If so, for teeth purposes *ONLY* (no nutritional diatribes thanks), do you think I should go back to eating carby meals?
