I do understand your predicament, but as far as I know there is no solution, what you could do is print fliers about the 1 cent tax, and make sure everyone knows to vote yes for this, because if not your senior year could get even worse, 60 students to 1 teacher, no CTE courses, as far as fund-raising, that you will have to check with your student government, they should have a list of approved fund-raising companies that your district is allowed to use. Sorry I was not much help.
